Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 20 June 2025 · Effective Date: 20 June 2025 · Neuronest · Bangkok, Thailand

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or completing enrolment in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Service, you represent that both conditions are met.

3. Service Description

Neuronest provides structured online learning programmes in AI development, including the Foundations of AI Development course, the Applied Machine Learning Track, and the Mentored AI Engineering Programme. Programmes are delivered via a web-based platform and include course modules, exercises, community forum access, and — for the Mentored Programme — scheduled mentor sessions and code review.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted access and may need to perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where feasible.

The Service is currently offered in English and is available globally without geographic restriction, subject to applicable laws in your country of residence.

4. User Accounts

Enrolment requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share account credentials with others or use another person's account. Each enrolment is for personal, individual use.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, exercises, datasets developed by Neuronest, written content, and platform design are the intellectual property of Neuronest. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own educational purposes for the duration of your enrolment access period.

You retain all rights to original work you produce as project deliverables during a programme. Neuronest does not claim ownership over learner-created projects.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are listed on our website in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing with Neuronest in advance.

We accept payment by bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Instalment arrangements may be available for the Applied ML Track and Mentored Programme — please contact us to discuss.

Refund policy: If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of enrolment and have not accessed more than two modules, we will issue a full refund. After this period, or after more substantial access, refunds are at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

8. Programme-Specific Terms

Self-paced programmes (Foundations, Applied ML Track): There is no fixed completion deadline. You retain access to course materials for a period of 24 months from the date of enrolment. After this period, access may be renewed on request.

Mentored AI Engineering Programme: The programme includes a defined schedule of mentor sessions agreed at intake. Missed sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. The capstone project timeline is agreed between learner and mentor at the start of the programme.

Completion of a programme is recognised by a letter of completion from Neuronest. This is not an academic qualification or a nationally recognised certification.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Neuronest makes no representation that completing any programme will result in employment, a career change, or any specific professional outcome. Course content reflects knowledge and practices at the time of writing and may not cover every development in the field.

Nothing in the Service constitutes professional, legal, financial, or employment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the programme in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, internet service disruptions, or natural events (force majeure).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuronest, its team members, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund window in Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding sharing credentials, reproducing content, or conduct in the community forum that is disrespectful or harmful to other learners.

Sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuronest regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity; your rights are personal and may not be assigned without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
